In 2024, De'Lanzo Veal began making his own homeade seasoning after living in the Seattle area for 8 years and havenings that he nerg the Eunice is considered the Heart of Louisiana and the Prairie Cajun Capital. He needed to blend spices and herbs that reminded him of the people of St. Landry Parish, a fine mix of Louisiana Creoles and Cajuns. I'm Forkin With Dat Seasoning is just that representation.
